A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of WYZB/105.5 THE WOLF, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, 225 NW Hollywood Boulevard, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, during normal business hours Monday through Friday or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.

WKSM/99ROCK, WYZB/105.5 THE WOLF AND WZNS/Z96 (the “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”) will conduct the “BUD LIGHT PORT PARADISE PARTY CRUISE GIVEAWAY” Contest (the “Contest”) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.

2. Must be a Florida resident at least 21 years of age in order to participate in and win the Contest. Winner’s guest must also be 21 or older.

3. The Contest is open to the general public, except for employees, agents, representatives or affiliates of the “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, Budweiser, Lewis Bear Company, other participating sponsors (collectively the “Contest Sponsors”), all other radio industry employees, and their immediate family members. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others. To be eligible listeners must have a valid social security number and working telephone number when qualifying and at the time they are selected as a prize winner; individuals who do not satisfy these eligibility and other requirements will be declared ineligible to win the Contest.

4. An individual may win an on-going contest only once per 6 month period unless otherwise specifically stated. An individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest. Only one qualifier will be allowed per family or per household for the duration of the Contest. Any individual who has previously won a prize or a combination of prizes valued at more than $600 from any Cumulus station within the past year is not eligible to participate in the Contest.

5. The Contest will begin Monday, July 19, 2010, and will run through Sunday, August 1, 2010 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest grand prize winner will be selected on Monday, August 2, 2010 or another date determined by “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”.

6. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Contest winner. The Grand Prize consists of: A Bud Light Port Paradise Cruise for winner and one guest, December 2-5, 2010. Grand prize package is valued at approximately $2,500. UPON COMPLETING WINNER’S PAPERWORK AT “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”, WINNER WILL RECEIVE A BUD LIGHT PORT PARADISE BOARDING PASS WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO ENTER THEIR CODE AND COMPLETE CRUISE REGISTRATION ON-LINE NO LATER THEN 8/8/10 OR THEY WILL FORFEIT THEIR CRUISE.

7. Listeners can qualify for the Contest by registering on-line at wksm.com or wyzb.com or Z96.com at the Bud Light Port Paradise link.

8. From all of those registered on-line, the “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” will select one as the grand prize winner and contact them using the information provided when they registered. In the unlikely event that the grand prize winner does not meet the contest specifications, then the Grand Prize will be awarded to another entrant. The Winner’s name may or may not be announced on the air.

9. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner, including, but not limited to any and all sales tax. The Bud Light Port Paradise Party Cruise port/cruise tax of $380 will be included within the prize as local winner of this national contest. All those who win a prize or combination of prizes valued at more than $600 during a calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings. All those who win a prize or combination of prizes valued at more than $600 on any Cumulus Broadcasting station will not be eligible to win another prize or combination of prizes of equal or greater value for one year thereafter.

10. All prizes are awarded “as is.” Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be sold, exchanged or redeemed for prizes or cash.

11. Odds of winning based upon total number of combined entrants from all three station websites.

12. “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes or any part thereof as described herein.

13. All entrants and winners agree that “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest and/or by the use or non-use of any prize received in connection with this contest.

14. All prizes must be claimed in person at “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” during regular business hours and within 48 hours of winning. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts to “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” to be disposed of at its discretion. The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize.

15. Proper identification must be presented by any winner to claim a prize. As a condition to receiving the prize, any potential winner must complete a prize fulfillment package and sign a Winner’s Affidavit and Release, releasing “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, and employees from all liability in connection with winner’s participation in the contest, acceptance, and use or non-use of the prize. This information will be notarized and copies provided to the contest winner, the Lewis Bear Company and the station’s corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

16. All entry blanks, forms devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of the station. Further, “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” is not responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, late, stolen, incorrect or incomplete entries.

17. All entrants and winners agree to give “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” and Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, and their licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish my name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and winner’s voice, recorded or live, for any reason “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All winners release, discharge, and agree to save harmless “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims they may have against “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” or Cumulus Broadcasting LLC in connection with the taking, production, or the use of winners’ name, city of residence, any photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched, or distorted in character or form and without restrictions as to any changes, transformations or alterations, and including winners’ voices, recorded or live. All winners further acknowledge that Cumulus Broadcasting LLC owns or will own exclusively any photographs of such winners used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all winners assign all such ownership rights to Cumulus Broadcasting LLC.

18. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to receive email communications from “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” regarding Station events and contests. Any participant that opts-out of these mailings will also remove themselves from the contest. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

19. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations”, Cumulus reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the administration or outcome as “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” are final. “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, STATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

20. “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” reserve the right to end a contest at any time upon advanced notice to the public

21. “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” reserve the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.

22. “Cumulus/FWB Radio Stations” reserve the right to require contestants or their representative via written proxy to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.
